Hi5 Jamaica Computer Services has been operating since 2003. It is owned and managed by Leighton Brown (B.Sc) in Management Studies with Honors from the University of the West Indies, Mona. Our Service Point for Drop Offs/Pickups/Payment operates from 20A South Ave, Kingston. We strive to provide you with service beyond your expectation. As such, we will also come to you by bearer services to pickup jobs.

Customer Service

Customer service and satisfaction is our guarantee and our standard. You can speak with the Manager directly during the hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day on 1-876-367-1220 (Digicel). Contact can also be made via email to hi5jamaica@yahoo.com and by Whatsapp at anytime of the day and expect a response within 1-2 hours. Expect to be treated with warmth and courtesy.

Sourcing & Special Orders

We import all parts and accessories you may need that cannot be located here in Jamaica, all things hard to find. If you need us to locate and purchase a special item for you, please contact us now. We special order directly for you, when you need it. For all requests, full payment is required before the item is ordered. Once payment is received either in person, online via PayPal, or via a Bank Deposit with NCB or Scotia, your item will be ordered the same or next day. Most items will take between 7-8 days to arrive, clear customs and be ready for delivery to your location. Many persons have used our sourcing service and are impressed with how we do business.

You may have security concerns and this is normal. With the high levels of scamming occuring worldwide, we can understand this. We beg of you to rest easy with Hi5 Jamaica Computer Services as our reputation goes miles ahead from 2003 to present, that is 21 years of great service. Rest assured that making payment to the bank account provided is safe and secure. Keep this in mind, there is no way we could be scamming individuals using local bank accounts that have verified Full Name, Government ID, TRN, Address, References and Telephone Numbers. The bank would have shut down the account years ago. So your deposit or payment is safe with us.

Delivery

In most cases, deliveries are done everyday including weekends (Saturdays). We also arrange delivery across the entire island via Tara Couriers and Knutsford Express services at your request.
